We just wanted to write a quick post to mention Susan Warner at Health Insurance Spain.

When we moved back to Spain from the UK (where we had medical cover with Bupa) in 2007 I was 7 months pregnant. Sue helped us do all the paper work to swap our policy over from Bupa to Sanitas whist we were still based in the UK and arranged everything over in Spain so cover was seamless and stress was a minimum.
She was always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions I had, and as a pregnant woman about to make a huge move aboard there were many!!
Since being back in Spain Sue has helped us to change our policy plans over the years to match our change in circumstance, she has helped us with adding another new addition to our family policy and kept us informed of changes and offers within Sanitas that have greatly benefited our family.
Having someone at the end of the telephone that speaks your language, has a huge knowledge of the products she is selling and sees you as more than a number is invaluable, but with Sue you have the added advantage of getting to deal with a professional, efficient and friendly person at the same time.
I have had no hesitations to recommend Sue in the past and would have no hesitation to continue to recommend her to anyone in the future.
